Welcome to the Nottingham Yarn Expo blog. I am so excited to share my vision for the Expo with you!
We are bringing together wonderfully artistic yarnies together with super talented designers from the UK, Europe and beyond ~ how fantastic is that?? Alongside there will be opportunities to attend fabulous talks in dedicated lecture theatres and attend workshops that will advance new techniques or develop a brand new skill.
What makes this event even more special is that it is all being housed in a superb state-of-the-art venue that is just the most fabulous space (I am sure you will be absolutely delighted – I was blown away with it). It is light, bright and beautiful! So you can attend a course, browse the goodies on offer, listen to inspirational talks all in one stunning venue. Of course as you would expect there will be ample opportunities to get refreshments in the café and sit/knit in the numerous cosy break out areas and soak up the atmosphere with fellow knitters. So why not have your cake and eat it?

I hope you have tons of crochet as well as knitting, I belong to a couple of Crochet and chatter groups, as well as knit and natter. I am looking forward to the show. I am a crochet teacher as wll, mostly retired now!
